How can we help?
Getting Started
Which parks does Queue cover?
Walt Disney World Resort: Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom, Disney's Blizzard Beach, and Disney's Typhoon Lagoon.
Universal Orlando Resort: Universal Studios Florida, Universal's Islands of Adventure, Universal Epic Universe, and Universal's Volcano Bay.
Disney Springs, Disney's BoardWalk, and Universal CityWalk show up as districts. More destinations are on the way.
What devices can I use Queue on?
Queue is an iPhone app and needs iOS 17 or later. There's no iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch app right now.
Is Queue free?
Yes. Everything in Queue is free to use right now, including live waits, crowd forecasts, wait alerts, trips, logging, and your stats.
Does Queue work offline?
Live waits, sign-in, and alerts need a connection. Parks, trips, and logs you've already opened can still be viewed on your phone.
If you log something while you're offline, Queue saves it and sends it as soon as you're back online.
Is Queue affiliated with Disney or Universal?
No. Queue is an independent app and isn't affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any park operator.
Logging
How do I log a ride?
On Home, tap the Quick Log card for the park you're in. If a trip is happening today, choose Add to your trip or Log Separately.
For a separate log, pick how you're visiting (Day Guest, Annual Passholder, Cast or Team Member, or Private Event) and tap Start Logging. Open Rides, tap + next to the ride, then tap Rode.
What else can I log besides rides?
Shows and experiences are logged as Saw, food and beverage as Went, and bars as Drank.
During Halloween Horror Nights, houses are Entered, scare zones are Walked, and shows are Saw. You can also add a resort as a stop and log dining and experiences there.
Can I add a score or note to a log?
Some rides open a Log Ride sheet where you can enter a score or pick a track, then tap Save & Log Ride or Skip For Now.
You can't type a note or a seat row. The posted wait at the time you log can show on the log automatically.
Can I edit or delete a log?
While your day is still open, press and hold Rode, Saw, or Went to remove one, or swipe the row and tap Remove.
After the day is wrapped, open that park day from Profile and tap Delete Quick Log to remove the whole visit. Times, scores, and waits can't be changed afterward.
I don't want to share my location. How do I start a log?
On Home, use the Where Are You? card and tap Choose Park. Pick the park, resort, or district yourself, then start Quick Log as usual. Choosing a park this way doesn't share it with friends.
What's the difference between Quick Log and a trip day?
Quick Log is your own day, started from Home, and it ends when you tap That's a Wrap!
A trip day is the shared plan. If you have a trip today, logging with Add to your trip puts it on that day's plan, where the people on your trip can see it. Log Separately keeps it to yourself.
How do I log the day with a friend, or keep one ride private?
During Quick Log, open the menu, tap Friends, then Invite a friend. Once they accept, your logs show on their timeline for the rest of the day.
To keep one ride or meal to yourself, tap that row and turn on Keep private from friends. It still saves to your profile.
What is That's a Wrap!, and how do I share it?
When you're done for the day, tap That's a Wrap! Queue closes the day and builds a recap with your parks, time in the park, and everything you logged.
Tap share and choose Stories for Instagram Stories, Messages, Photos to save the image, or More.
Trips & Friends
How do I create a trip?
Open Trips and tap New trip. Give it a name, start and end dates, and at least one destination, and answer whether you're staying at an on-site resort.
Parks for each day are optional, so you can tap Skip for now and plan later. Then tap Create Trip.
How do I invite people to my trip?
Open the trip, then Trip Options › Friends › Invite friends. Invite someone by their Queue @username, or tap Send trip link or Copy link.
The link looks like myqueue.me/join/… and opens the trip in Queue. They accept it under Trip invitations. Only the trip organizer can invite or remove people.
What can people on my trip change?
Everyone on the trip sees the same plan and can add or change stops on days that haven't happened yet.
Only the organizer can invite or remove people, rename the trip, change the dates, or delete it.
What can I add to a trip day?
On a trip day, tap Add Stop and choose Parks, Districts & Venues, Resorts, or Special Events when one is running.
Once a park is on the day, you can add its rides, experiences, and food and beverage. Dining can be a specific restaurant or a placeholder like Dinner Reservation, and Queue can remind you 30 minutes before.
What notifications do people on my trip get?
Everyone on the trip sees a notice when someone joins, adds a stop, or logs a ride, show, meal, or drink. You'll find them under Trip Options › Notifications.
Invites arrive as a push notification, and the organizer also gets a push when someone joins.
How do I add a friend?
Go to Profile › Friends › Add by username and enter their Queue @username, or send a link with Invite a friend. Requests show under Requests with Accept and Decline.
What do friends see when I share my park location?
With Share Park Location With Friends on, friends see which park you're in on their Friends list and your profile. They never see a live pin or your path.
It updates when you check in or log something. Turn it off in Profile › Settings › Privacy & Data.
Wait Times & Right Now
Where do wait times come from?
Queue shows the waits each park posts, refreshed about once a minute while you're looking. Posted waits are the park's estimate, so the real line can run shorter or longer.
What do the wait-time colors mean?
Green is 0–20 minutes, amber is 21–40, orange is 41–60, and red is 61 or more. The colors are the same for every ride.
How is a park's crowd level decided on Right Now?
It comes from that park's crowd forecast for the current hour. You'll see Low, Moderate, Busy, High, or Peak, or Closed when the park is closed.
How does When to Go work?
Queue looks at how each park's posted waits usually move through the day. If now is one of the quieter times, it says Now is a good time. If now is close to the peak, it says Now is usually busy.
Best time is the hour that's usually lightest, Busiest is the heaviest, and Shortest is the lowest typical wait. It's based on past patterns, so treat it as a guide.
Where can I see crowd forecasts for later dates?
Open a park and look under Crowds & Conditions. Upcoming days are marked from low to high, and each ride's Wait Today chart compares today with the usual wait for that hour.
Why does a ride say Closed, Temporarily Closed, or Refurbishment?
Temporarily Closed means it's down for now and should reopen. Refurbishment means it's closed for scheduled work. Closed means it isn't operating right now. Wait Unavailable means the park hasn't posted a time.
Where are my favorite rides?
Star a ride from its row on a park's Rides list. Starred rides show under Home › Right Now › Favorites with their current waits, and there's no limit.
Favorites only show for the destination Right Now is set to. To switch, tap the destination name under Right Now.
Notifications & Live Activities
What notifications does Queue send?
Queue can let you know when a ride drops to the wait you picked, before a show's next showtime, when you arrive at a park, 30 minutes before a dining stop, and when you get a trip invite or friend request.
How do wait alerts work?
Open a ride, find Wait Alert, turn on Notify When Wait Drops, and pick a time from 15 to 60 minutes. Queue sends one notification when the wait reaches it, then turns the alert off.
You can have 5 wait alerts on at once. To free a spot, open a ride with an alert and turn it off.
What shows on my Lock Screen and Dynamic Island?
While you're logging or on a trip day during park hours, your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show the park and how many things you've logged.
It ends when you tap That's a Wrap! or leave the trip day.
How do I turn notifications or Live Activities off?
Go to Profile › Settings. Push Notifications and Live Activities each open your iPhone's settings for Queue, where you can turn them off. To stop one ride's alert, turn it off on that ride's page.
Rankings & Stats
How do Rankings and points work?
Open Profile › Rankings to see you and your friends, or everyone, ranked by all-time points.
Each ride, show, or meal you log is 10 points, and each park you visit adds 50 points a day. Bigger moments earn more, such as your first log (25), a new destination (500), a resort stay (100), and a special event night (150).
What do the tiers mean?
Your tier is based on your all-time points: Castaway up to 6,249, Explorer from 6,250, Adventurer from 30,000, and Legend at 100,000 and up.
Tap your tier card on Profile, then How Tiers & Points Work, for the full list.
What's on Your Stats?
Go to Profile › Stats for your total rides, park days, parks, and trips, plus your top rides, longest day, park mix, thrill levels, and milestones.
Tap a year to see just that year, and share any view as a card.
Which special events can I log?
Halloween Horror Nights. Open it under Universal Orlando Resort › Events and tap Log Your Night to log houses, scare zones, and shows. Then put your houses in order under My Ranking.
Account & Privacy
How do I sign in?
New accounts use email and a password. You'll find sign-in options, including password reset, under Profile › Settings › Sign-in & Security.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile › Settings › Sign-in & Security › Delete Account, and confirm with your password.
This permanently removes your profile, trips, logs, stats, friendships, and notifications, and signs you out. It can't be undone.
Does Queue use my location?
Only if you allow it. Queue uses it to tell which park you're in so Quick Log can start, and to show a welcome when you arrive at a park.
It checks for park arrivals, not a continuous trail. You can always choose a park yourself instead.
Is there a Queue website I can sign in to?
Not yet. Your account, trips, and stats live in the iPhone app.
No articles match that search. Try a different word, or contact support.
