General
Queue is a theme park companion app for Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld Orlando. It provides live wait times, crowd forecasts, trip logging, and AI-powered trip planning to help you make the most of your park days.
No. Queue is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, Comcast, SeaWorld Entertainment, or any of their subsidiaries.
Queue currently supports Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom, EPCOT, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom), Universal Orlando (Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure, Epic Universe), and SeaWorld Orlando. We plan to expand to additional destinations in the future.
Yes — Queue's core features are free, including live wait times, trip logging, the Passport tracker, and park hours. Queue+ is an optional premium subscription that unlocks advanced features like crowd forecasts, AI trip planning, and personalized recommendations.
Account & Data
Queue uses Sign in with Apple for fast, private authentication. Just tap "Continue with Apple" and you're in — no passwords to manage. Apple lets you choose to share or hide your email address.
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Delete Account." This permanently removes your profile, trip history, and all associated data within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
Queue collects your Apple sign-in identifier, trip and activity data you create in the app, and (with your permission) your device location for park detection. We do not sell your data or use third-party advertising. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Only if you grant permission. Queue uses location to detect which park you're visiting and to enable location-aware features. We do not continuously track you in the background, and location data is not shared with third parties.
Queue+
Queue+ is our premium subscription that unlocks proactive intelligence features: crowd forecasts (how busy will it be?), wait time predictions, AI-powered trip planning, personalized daily digests, and push notifications for ride alerts.
You can subscribe to Queue+ directly in the app. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system — we never see or store your payment information.
Open your iPhone Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, select Queue, and tap Cancel Subscription. You'll retain access through the end of your current billing period.
Since subscriptions are processed through Apple, refund requests are handled by Apple directly. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund for any in-app purchase.
Wait Times & Data
Queue pulls live wait times from park data feeds, updated every few minutes while parks are open. Wait times reflect what the parks are reporting and may occasionally differ from your actual experience in line.
Crowd forecasts are generated using historical wait time patterns, park calendars, event schedules, and seasonal trends. They're a Queue+ feature and become more accurate over time as we accumulate more data. Think of them as an informed forecast, not a guarantee.
Green means short waits (the ride is a walk-on or near it), amber means moderate waits, orange means busy, and red means long waits. The thresholds adjust per ride — 30 minutes is busy for a flat ride but normal for a major roller coaster.
Features
The Passport is your theme park identity — it tracks every attraction you ride, every park you visit, and your milestones over time. Think of it like Letterboxd for theme parks. You can build streaks, earn achievements, and see your full park history.
The trip logger lets you record your park days — which parks you visited, how long you spent, what you rode, and your personal highlights. It builds your trip history over time so you can look back on every visit.
Queue requires an internet connection for live wait times and most features. However, some data (like your trip history and park information) is cached locally so you can reference it even in areas with spotty connectivity.
