These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Queue mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Olen Humphries ("we," "us," or "Queue"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Queue. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
You may create an account using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Queue+ is an optional premium subscription billed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. By subscribing, you authorize Apple to charge your payment method at the price and frequency displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — you retain access until then.
We reserve the right to change Queue+ pricing. Any price change will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you will be notified in advance.
Queue's free tier provides access to core features including live wait times, park hours, trip logging, and the Passport tracker. We reserve the right to modify which features are available in the free tier, but we will not retroactively charge for features that were previously free without notice.
The Queue app, its design, code, and original content are owned by Olen Humphries and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
User-generated content (such as trip notes) remains yours. By submitting content to the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display it as part of providing the Service to you.
Queue displays data from third-party sources, including live wait times, park hours, and weather information. This data is provided "as is" — we do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Park conditions can change without notice, and you should always verify information with the parks directly for critical planning decisions.
Queue is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Walt Disney Company, NBCUniversal, Comcast, SeaWorld Entertainment, or any of their subsidiaries. All theme park names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
Queue+ includes AI-powered features such as trip planning and personalized recommendations. These features generate suggestions based on available data and should be treated as helpful guidance, not professional advice. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content.
You may delete your account at any time through the app's Settings screen. Upon deletion, we will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, subject to any legal retention requirements. Active Queue+ subscriptions should be cancelled through Apple before deleting your account to avoid continued billing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Olen Humphries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Olen Humphries from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms with a revised date. For significant changes, we may also notify you through the app. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.
